FYI - It seems that FutureScripts does not respond to their own developed procedures to correct underpayments-frustration is kicking in!!!

Futurescripts continues to pay below acqisition cost on several products. The MAC price being used is based on discontinued items or prices. No other PBM has this problem. Our firm uses Personal Choice as our medical plan. Would you allow us to pay our premiums based on 10 years ago? I think not. Please do not reply asking for examples as we have provided them on many occasions using your forms.
Why can this not be resolved? There is no excuse other than to cheat the pharmacist since there is a monetary gain for your company!
I have no choice but to explore legal actions such as small claims court,etc. Your firm has had more than enough time to research & correct this matter.
