Valacyclovir Generic Shortage: NCPA continues to hear complaints from members about the inability of independent pharmacies to obtain generic Valtrex (valacyclovir) from Ranbaxy. Chain pharmacies, however, seem to be obtaining sufficient supplies. We are reaching out to various regulatory agencies about this issue as well as relevant Congressional staff.
