As per our conversation I have two patients who are falsifying my prescriptions and filling at multiple pharmacies. Be aware he works for the postal service and usually wear his uniform to gain credibility. After contacting all the pharmacies about this he took it one step further and changed my phone numbers on his prescritpion so when a pharmacy calls to verify you are actually calling his friends who always verify. First please make sure all pharmacies verify prescriptions with me (the doctor) only. Have them ask me a question that only someone with extensive training would such as "Where is the loop of henle?" or something just as difficult. Next I am no longer writing prescriptions of the shceduled type for either Kenneth or Heather. Look out for the phone number. My actual numbers are 215-659-3770 and fax of 215-659-2425. The altered numbers are 215-839-6569 and 215-839-2425 (they do look similar). Also, he always tries to fill these prescriptions during late hours when our office is closed and they cannot be verified. Please send this out to as many pharmacies that you can. Also please note if he tries to fill these prescriptions have the pharmacists call the police to have him arrested.
