Compare sales from this month last year to current month. Fine tune your order strategy to ensure you have the right product on hand for the season.
Then do a shelf review, check for out of dates in your OTC products, dust boxes, wash down shelves, and return any sun faded product.
Look at your back room inventory. Is it high moving items or just taking up space? Return or put on clearance any non movers.
